Group Pilates Class Schedule
Union Pilates Tower Classes and Open Intermediate Duets are small-group sessions for clients with a foundational understanding of classical Pilates.
Tower Classes run with six students or fewer at our Seattle studio, giving every participant focused attention and a genuinely challenging workout.
Class Types
Tower Classes
Union Pilates Tower Classes are small-group sessions for 3 to 6 students, taught on our Gratz Tower Unit Apparatus. Classes are leveled to create a safe, challenging experience for clients who have a foundational understanding of Pilates.
No two classes are exactly the same. Each session draws from a range of tower accessories including arm and leg springs, push-through bars, barrels, magic circles, and weighted bars to vary the difficulty, support, and scope of the workout..
Class Types
Duet Classes
Open Intermediate Duets are sessions designed for intermediate-level clients who are already familiar with the Reformer, Tower Units, Wunda Chair, and other apparatus. These sessions offer a customized, challenging workout in a two-person format and require instructor permission to join.

Not sure if you’re ready for group classes?
Try a Private Intro Session!
Tower classes and duets are designed for clients with existing Pilates experience. If you're new to Union or still building your foundation, we recommend starting with a private intro session so your instructor can assess where you are and prepare you for group work.
What Our Group Pilates Class Clients
Have To Say
-
Do you have experience with a classical Pilates Tower class?
Are you comfortable working at an intermediate paced classical Pilates class?
If “yes” then please join any of our Tower classes.
Do you have an active injury or body issue you are rehabbing?
Have you taken other Pilates classes but not a Tower class and/or not ‘classical Pilates’?
If ‘yes’ then we suggest you start your Pilates practice at Union with our 4 Private Starter package of sessions so one of our instructors can evaluate your level and help you build a bespoke, strong foundation in the work before you join a class. This approach is especially beneficial if you're looking for Pilates for back pain or Pilates for postpartum recovery, as private sessions allow us to tailor each exercise to your body's unique needs.
-
Generally, ‘reformer Pilates’ classes are not classical Pilates and do not provide a foundation understanding of the concepts or exercises of classical Pilates. At Union, we offer a deeper understanding and precision to the Pilates work through teaching the fundamentals and modifications unique to each body. Join us and feel the difference, impact and depth that classical Pilates offers.
-
Please wear any clothing you feel comfortable for working out. We ask that you not wear clothing with zippers, as they can damage our equipment. We don’t require grip socks, but suggest them and sell them at the studio.
-
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions and classes. Please use our online system to cancel. Should you become ill, we offer a 12-hour cancellation, please get in touch with the studio info@unionpilates.com for a cancellation of this nature.
-
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out our paper intake & waiver and get situated. Your instructor will briefly review your intake and you can share any relevant modifications or history. Grab any Tower mat and get ready to have a great first class.
