Personalized Classical Pilates That Meets You Where You Are

We strive to create an environment tailored to each individual, using premium equipment, small classes, and honed Classical Pilates instruction closely following Joseph Pilates method.

Between private sessions, duet sessions, or tower classes of six students or fewer, your instructor can actually see you, adjust you, and build a practice around your body, not a generic program. Helping you feel stronger and more empowered in and out of the studio.

Why Classical Pilates?

Black and white illustration of a male figure performing a balancing pose on a gymnastics beam.

Although the look of Pilates has changed since Joseph Pilates developed it in the early 20th century, the method of Classical Pilates we teach remains much the same, utilizing his original system incorporating the full spectrum of exercises and apparatus to address the whole body. We teach with purpose, providing all the tools needed to transform the body without diluting the work.

Because the classical method is systematic and builds on itself, the skills we teach and build through the method train the body to move with real efficiency and control, not just in the studio, but outside as well. Utilizing authentic Gratz equipment, developed by Joseph Pilates himself, and working the Pilates method with instructors highly trained in the classical lineage, we build real change in bodies.
