Built for people with little to no experience with Pilates, this 8 week Intro Series will give new practitioners foundational Pilates experience. Taught on the Pilates Tower apparatus which uses body weight, spring resistance, weights and other props, this class will explore the 6 Pillars of a classical Pilates practice; breath, concentration, symmetry, control, flow, precision. Class is limited to 5 attendees and clients can register for each class individually or all 8 sessions. The series will progress in difficulty over the 8 weeks and should prepare clients for other classes on the Union Pilates schedule. This class has a specially priced package reflecting the hands on nature of the class as well as a discounted rate for new students to the studio.
